PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Our online store accepts Paypal (all major credit cards) and you can also opt to direct deposit.  Our bank details will be on your invoice at checkout.

  • If you call or email us, we can either email you an invoice with our bank details or we can take credit card payments over the phone.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship worldwide and use Express International Shipping with Australia Post for the fastest and most secure way.

  • We can also hand deliver your order in the Mudgee, NSW area, just give us a call or email us.

  • We also post to AFPO addresses for DEFENCE FORCE PERSONNEL.  Please ask us!

  • We aim to have your order to you within 7-10 Business days depending on your requirements and time of year (ie ANZAC Day is busier than normal).

  • Urgent orders can be catered for, please call us for your order.

  • We ship nationally using Express Post at a flat rate of $15.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We are very proud to offer you our products and expertise so we need to get it right.

 

We are happy to accept items for exchange or refund within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied.  Please contact us immediately if there is a problem or error with your order. 

 

We do not accept returns if you have a change of mind.

If it is a result of our error with your order or a defective product, we will pay for return shipping costs.  Items can be returned to our postal address:
